I thought I posted this here and totally did not. Anyway, decode this for me.
Yesterday, I got one of the usual "Hi there" messages that fill my inbox. I have come to ignore them; it took a while because I used to hate potentially hurting people. However the staggering amount of messages becoming super weird after I responded cured me of my desire to validate strangers. As such, I ignored this happy greeting from an image of a festively carved watermelon.
Today, I was greeted with this fortune cookie level philosophical treatise from the melon:
No matter how strong of a person you are, there's always someone who can make you weak. ,The difference between like, love and in love, is the same as the difference between for now, for a while and forever.
Huh? I have looked at his profile and it is all images of watermelons carved into faces and other odd decorative pieces. There are at least 8 images of watermelons and some of them are repeated; none of them have a caption to explain why they are there. He hasn't answered any questions and the profile is skimpy at best. I was so stymied that I wrote back.
I swear that nothing in my profile indicates I am looking for a watermelon who can't proofread. Nothing.
